Location of Training Centre
The Cilegon training centre is situated in the Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon, just a 5-minute drive from the Cilegon Barat Toll Gate (KM 94) exit off the Jakarta-Cilegon toll road. It is an easy 1 to 1.5-hour drive (85 km) from Jakarta via the toll road.
The purpose built facility features:
- A large pool for HUET, Sea Survival, and Boat Transfer training
- A complete model 30 METS™ simulator
- On-site davit launch lifeboat and pond
- Firefighting facilities ranging from basic to advanced levels
- A 3-story smoke house with a ship and accommodations mock-up
- A 3-story industrial compartmental fire simulator
- A helideck with a crashed helicopter simulator
- A dedicated confined space training module
- Six air-conditioned classrooms
- Tower & platforms for working at height training
- A technical lab for courses using SCBA
- A 500 sqm maintenance facility
- A standby medical clinic
- Break and coffee facilities
- Both Indonesian and expatriate resident instructors

We provide complementary transportation to and from Jakarta by Blue Bird bus. Departure is at 06:00 from the pick up point:

Accommodation
For participants training in Cilegon, accommodation is available at the Royale Krakatau Hotel, which overlooks the Cilegon Golf Course, or at the Frobis Hotel and Amaris Hotel, all within a 5-minute drive from the centre.
Trainees attending the Offshore Lifeboat Coxswain, Sea Survival at Sea, and FRC courses can stay at the Villa Marina Hotel or the Aston Hotel in Anyer, located on the shores of the Sunda Straits.
We have special agreements with these hotels to offer discounted accommodation for our students. The accommodation package includes breakfast, dinner, one set of laundry, tax, and service. This will be invoiced back to the customer plus 11% VAT from Samson Tiara. For more information, please contact our office.

Payment
Unless otherwise arranged by contract or mutual agreement prior to training, payment is required before the commencement of any training program. Certificates will be issued only upon receipt of full payment.
